Fascinated with the ability of the human body, she loves to not only push herself, but support her students in discovering their unique talents. She guides her students to be more in tune with their bodies, to learn proper technique and how to develop as artists. She is excited to forever deepen her own athleticism and art - & teach to her Spokane community.

Nicole
Aerial Fitness Coach
Nicole has been a passionate and dedicated part of Spokane’s aerial arts community since 2011, bringing over a decade of experience to both performance and instruction. She specializes in both aerial silks and lyra. Her love for movement, artistry, and strength shines through in every class and performance she does. Nicole’s approach to aerial is: work hard, play hard. She believes that true growth comes from embracing both discipline and joy. Her classes are known for combining challenging conditioning, technical skill-building, and creative flow sequences that encourage students to push their limits while still having fun. Whether students are building foundational strength or refining advanced transitions, Nicole creates an environment that is both motivating and supportive.
When she’s not suspended from the ceilings of Spokane, Nicole enjoys spending time with her two beloved cats and exploring the beauty of the Pacific Northwest.

Lucy
Aerial Fitness Coach
Lucy has been doing aerial arts for 11 years. She first started as a kid in the Bay Area, then continued into her adult years. She started teaching silks in Utah and later progressed to the head coach for a kids' performance troupe. She now teaches all ages, focusing on building strength, technicality, and movement with clients. She is proficient on lyra, fly pole, silks, sling, trapeze, and rope. She teaches groundwork such as contortion, handstands, and strength training. Her teaching methods focus on facilitating good habits and knowing the whys behind movement. She prioritizes growth, pushing oneself, and confidence in her classes. She has fallen in love with movement and hopes to always share that love with others.
Outside of the studio, Lucy focuses all her time on performing. She has traveled with several circuses and has worked four seasons at Silverwood as a magician's assistant. Her passion is performing and teaching, and she is so grateful she gets to do both.

Ashley

She started a performance arts troupe in Spokane, which has led her and her friends to perform in places all around the area.
